Our tenant portal is the fastest way to make a maintenance request. If you’d like more information about how to register for the portal, check out the instructions here or call our office at 437-781-8432.

Maintenance Requests

To submit a maintenance request via email or phone, please use the following email and phone numbers: maintenance@circlelandtrust.ca, 437-781-8432 extension 4. When you email or call in with a maintenance request, please provide the following information:

Description of the issue
Tenant address and unit number
Tenant name and phone number where you can be reached
Any access notes or restrictions
Any pets in the home that we should be aware of
Please add photos wherever possible to help illustrate the problem"
