In the months to come Circle will develop and publish a more extensive privacy policy covering the collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information unrelated to the website.

Personal information

When you visit the Circle website, you do so anonymously.  We collect information that identifies website visitors on only two occasions:

• If you provide your name, contact details or other information through our Contact page, we will share that information only with the people who “need to know” to be able to respond. 
• If you subscribe to our What’s New posts, we will collect your email address. If you unsubscribe we will no longer have access to that information. 

Analytics

We use analytics to monitor website traffic patterns, site usage and related site information to make our web service better. These statistics do not include any identifiable personal information.
