We’d like to introduce you to an important part of your Circle community — your Community Tenant Services Worker (CTSW)!
Each household has a designated CTSW who supports you with the administrative side of your tenancy. Whether you have questions about your lease, rent, Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) matters, or any other questions or concerns you have for Circle, your CTSW is your first point of contact.
If you’d like to meet with your Tenant Service Worker in person, just reach out to book an appointment before coming into the office. We want to make sure someone is available to help you when you arrive.
