At its heart, Expanding Possible is about reimagining what affordable homes can be: beauti
ful, sustainable and built to last. Through this pilot our homes now use 60% less energy, emit 90% fewer greenhouse gases and are designed with durability and dignity in mind. Our homes are not just meeting today’s needs; they are built to stand strong for generations to come.
