We’re excited to share what we’ve been up to in 2024! Last year, Circle focused on connecting with tenants, building strong relationships with everyone around us, and repairing our homes.
One of our main goals last year was to improve our tenants’ homes. We worked on retrofits, renovations and making the homes more modern and energy-efficient. We added new upgrades and made sure our spaces were comfortable, eco-friendly, and ready for the future.
We also spent time listening to our tenants and finding new ways to stay connected. We started programs to help people get to know each other and feel more comfortable in their homes. By continuing to work together, we can make our homes and neighbourhoods even better for everyone.
Looking ahead, we’re excited for what’s to come. We plan to keep improving our homes, growing our connections with tenants, and working with our partners to make our communities stronger.
