We’re excited to share an important milestone for Circle: the launch of our first-ever Strategic Plan.
Developed through a series of sessions with Circle’s board, staff, and tenant advisors, this strategic plan reflects our strong collaborative spirit. Our primary areas of focus going forward include providing excellent service, stronger tenant engagement, opportunities to grow our housing stock, and solidifying the groundwork for a sustainable future.
Our 2026-2031 Strategic Plan – which includes an update of our Mission and Vision – reflects who we are, what we stand for, and how we’re guiding our work. It will ground our decisions, strengthen our impact, and ensure we remain aligned with the diverse communities we serve.
