Below, you will find a link to a notice from the City of Toronto, which shares important details about the recent changes to the eligibility requirements for all tenants and household members that are living in rent-geared-to-income units. The new eligibility requirements explained in the notice will take effect on March 1, 2024. This means that they will be in effect for all RGI households when Circle conducts the 2024 Annual Income Review process.
