Your Tenant Services Team
Circle’s Tenant Services staff team handle the administrative side of our housing, and help ensure positive and stable tenancies. Each Circle household has an assigned Community Tenant Services Worker (CTSW). Your CTSW is your main point of contact for questions and concerns about rent, RGI matters, leases, and anything else related to your tenancy.
To find out which CTSW is assigned to your home, contact tenantservices@circlelandtrust.ca, or call 437-781-8432.
If you would like to meet with your CTSW in person, please book an appointment with them before coming to the office. Appointments are available Monday-Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm.
